2.    Deputy Director Training (Health) (Equivalentto BPS-18)

Qualified Health Professional (M.B.B.S) from PMDC Recognized Institution with MPH I M.Sc. Advanced Medical Administration from HEC Recognized Institution.

7-10 years’ relevant experience in a reputed organization with maximum age limit up to 45 years.

6.    Program Coordinators (03 Positions) (Equivalent to BPS -18) Master in Social Sciences/MBA/MPAfrom HEC Recognized Institution.

7-10 years’ relevant experience in a reputed organization with maximum age limit up to 45 years. Preference will be given to candidates having previous working experience on UN Projects or with International NGO’sorPRCS Projects, IFRCand ICRC Projects.

7.    Assistant Director International Relations (Equivalentto BPS -17)

Master with specialization in International Relations/Public Relations/ Masters in Developmental Studies/ Social Sciences from a HEC Recognized Institution.

MBA with specialization in Organizational Development/MBA Project Management/Operations Management from HEC Recognized Institute.

5-7 years’ relevant experience of branch development in a reputed organization with maximum age limit up to 40 years.

13.    Assistant Director Human Resource (Equivalent to BPS-17)

MBA with specialization in Human Resource from HEC Recognized Institute. 5-7 years’ relevant experience in a reputed organization with maximum age limit up to 40 years. In case of retired Federal Servants including Armed Forces having relevant experience, the age limit may be relaxed as per Federal Government Rules.
